1. You can choose to pay in full price or deposit. Customers who pay full price will be prioritized with the order of shipping. Once you place your order, the payment is non-refundable due to personal issues.
2. Pre-order products CAN NOT be placed together in the same order if they’re issued in different months. Meanwhile, preorder products and products in stock CAN NOT be placed together in the same order as well. FigureKon will cancel the order if the rules are not followed, and no further notice will be given.
3. The estimated release time is based on the manufacturer’s announcement, therefore the actual delivery time may vary. In case of delay, no further notice will be given. We don’t accept cancellation and refund requests due to the delay of releasing.
4. Unknown Dimensional Weight means that the actual shipping fee has not yet been determined, and the shipping fee will be confirmed after the product arrives.
5. We will send you an email to request final payment once the item is ready to ship. The deadline for filling out your mailing address and making the final payment (including the shipping fee) is 10 business days. If you missed the deadline, the order will be considered abandoned (The deposit or the full prepayment is non-refundable).
* Insufficient products and the products that arrive in batches will be shipped according to the order time.
* If the pre-ordered products are unable to arrive due to insufficient products or the manufacturer cancels the production, FigureKon customer service will contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund.
* Based on the protection of consumer rights, please do NOT use other people's accounts to order. FigureKon reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund without the consent of the consumer if this happens.
