1. All orders are non-refundable after deposit. All of the items have not included the shipping costs, the shipping costs will be calculated when items are ready to ship. We will inform customers via email once the items are ready.
2 The estimated shipping time is based on the manufacturer’s announcement, therefore the actual delivery time may vary. In case of delay, no further notice will be given.
3 We will send you an email to request final payment once the item is ready to ship. The deadline for filling out your mailing address and making final payment (including shipping fee) is 10 business days. If you missed the deadline, the order will be considered as abandoned (Deposit is non-refundable).
4 Once you finish the steps above, FigureKon will ship out your order in 5 business days. FigureKon is not responsible for any damage in the shipping process after we ship out the item.
